I bought a BRYDGE 12.9 for my iPad Pro in December. At first, a couple of keys did not register when typing. Then, the keyboard would not connect via Bluetooth. After trying to seek a solution with their service, it was determined to send a replacement. I received a replacement within a week, and it works great! Very happy with the service and the Brydge!

Switching from a Logitech Create that broke after 3.5 years of use (why was plastic used on the chassis’ stress points?? Why??), I switched to Brydge and could not be happier. A premium keyboard and protective cover, indeed. That said, I would like to suggest the following product improvements: 1. I can locate the volume and brightness buttons on a non-touchbar Macbook by muscle memory alone, sans sight. On the Brydge, said buttons are more towards the middle of the keyboard, and I have inadvertently pressed the lock, battery, or Bluetooth buttons instead. On YouTube videos, I’ve accidentally pressed “forward” instead of lowering the volume too many times already. Please consider re-designing the top row keys to more closely replicate a Macbook. 2. There is no mute key. 3. The keyboard button to invoke emojis should be at the bottom left to mimic the onscreen keyboard. Instead, the Siri (microphone) button is there. 4. The right-side hinge makes tapping the onscreen “exit fullscreen” button on YouTube videos a bit cumbersome. (I find it easier to use my right thumb instead of index finger). 5. I wish the charging port was a Lightning connector instead of micro-USB (alas, I understand if this is a licensing issue).

I really like the look and feel of my keyboard. However when I received it, two of the keys were not working. I attempted to contact customer support, and it took almost 4 days to get back to me. I jumped through the hoops necessary (trouble shooting the bluetooth connection, sending a video of the problem), then was told that once I permanently disabled my current keyboard, they would send me a new one. So I smashed my keyboard with a hammer (they are quite durable, it took me a lot to damage mine), sent a picture, and nothing. So right now I spent over $100 on a keyboard, and don't have one that even partially works.

Love the case and keyboard. Great keyboard and case holds iPad firmly. I have the older model iPad and the only thing I would change about this would be a top to the case in addition to the keyboard! Glad I purchased!!

I've only just received this, so haven't been using it for long, but so far I'm very impressed. It makes my iPad far more useful for a wider variety of tasks (and I hope the forthcoming version of iOS for iPads will make it even better). I may never need to replace my old laptop.
