“The product I received was a totally different product I saw on pictures. Worse, when I flag this matter up to Brydge Support, I am not getting any response. I will wait a little longer before seeking assistance from my Bank to raise a dispute.”

“I write this review without considering the production/delivery delay prior to receiving 2x keyboards. The keyboard is the best I've seen or owned for an iPad. I specifically wanted a more robust keyboard than the Apple Smart Keyboard I already had and the Brydge exceeded in this area. The home button is the most used personally and I would like to see the 'globe' button added to enable fast switching between keyboards. Battery life is exceptional, build quality is equally exceptional - it feels as high end as the price point allows you to perceive. My only and very small criticism is of the magnetic rear cover. It looks and feels like it was a last minute add on and lacks the obvious care and attention paid to the keyboard. The fit is poor and the level of protection it offers is questionable. Why? Because you have to remove it when you flip the iPad around to watch movies. This is due to the cut-outs for the 'clips' (where you slot the iPad into the keyboard). My suggestion would be to make the cut-outs work for both display options. Look, despite my comments and suggestions I will still recommend Brydge to everyone I know and already my good friend bought one seconds after he saw mine. Brydge have the right idea - produce quality. Please continue to push the standard because I will always pay for quality. Thank you”
