“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed an order, and a few hours later, a friend told me that I bought the wrong product - there are two models of the iPad Pro 12.9 and I had accidentally bought the old model. I immediately contacted support to cancel the order, but they said it wasn't possible and that I could return it after I received it instead. When I initiated a return, I found out that I would have to pay shipping, since the shipping label did not include postage, and 7.5% would be deducted from the purchase price after they approved the return. I have never heard of any modern ecommerce company that has such a return policy. Free shipping and free returns is the standard. I contacted support about this but they ignored my email. Now I need to figure out if I want to lose out on all this money from trying to ship it back or if I need to try to sell it online - terrible customer experience for a product that I can't even try!”

“I’ve been searching for iPad Pro keyboards for a long time. I finally found this and even had to wait a few weeks for it to come. It finally arrived yesterday and I tried it on. The keyboard was so well made!! But the plastic hinge cover broke. Wow.... they spent all that money and effort but decided to go cheap on a critical component. I can’t recommend this.”
