“Great quality, hinge is very sturdy and holds screen at all angles. I prefer the keyboard to the one on my MacBook. It has the traditional alignment of keys and to press ‘enter’, you’re not having to reach over with your right baby finger quite so far. The only way I can think of they could improve this product would be to have a touchpad below the keyboard, as it’s not always intuitive to reach to the screen to move the cursor. I love having the traditional keyboard shortcuts.”

“I preordered this keyboard for my Ipad pro 2018. It is just arrived after a long delay. I am not satisfied with the product nor with customer service. The keyboard is heavy! When combined with the ipad is weighs a lot. Getting the ipad in and out of the clips is a bit of a struggle. When using the keyboard with the ipad, you cannot use the voice recognition for typing - a major drawback. The dedicated "microphone" button pulls up Siri, not voice recognition like the pop up keyboard on the ipad. In addition, the keyboard does not work with the ipad program for which I bought the keyboard thus negating the reason I bought it. I called to return and was told that I had to pay for shipping returns and that there was a 7.5% restocking fee - I bought directly from Brydge and thought this was outrageous. I have never faced this kind of bad customer service from Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart etc. So overall a big disappointment and significant costs to return. Buyer beware!!”

“My new keyboard arrived this week and I LOVE that it turns my iPad Pro into a small laptop. No loose keyboards, issues with viewing angles, etc. As a teacher, I often need to hold with one hand while roaming the classroom. I have one inconsistency.....my “Caps Lock Key”. Occasionally the light will be ‘green’ on the key (typically indicated locked to all caps). It sometimes is lower case when lighted and upper case when not lighted. Then it will suddenly flip back to correct behavior: on - upper, off - lower. I haven’t found a consistent pattern for when this does/does not occur.”
