“I received this product as ordered. It arrived within a very short time period. After I received it....the price dropped 7 days later. The company indicated they would refund the difference which I am very pleased with.”

“Overall a solid keyboard, in the literal sense too. It types very well and its made to last.. sort of. Mine stopped working with two keys after a few days. The backlite key was the first to go and the most critical. Customer service wasn’t as helpful as I’d imagine. Told me to send it in and they’d inspect it for damages. This time of year they said it could take some time which is horrible timing for me. If I had to get one again I wish I could have purchased it in person or from a supplier that is able to fix problems like that in a faster manner. Waiting two weeks isn’t always an option. Aside from that problem which for me would normally be a deal breaker its a good keyboard. You’ll find it hard to beat the build quality and the typing experience. One con is the finish is prone to scratching more so than the iPad itself and most aluminum cases I’ve had. Just a minor one though.”
