I got to use it for only a few days since I brought back my iPad Pro... because I’m getting the new one! Looking forward to get myself a new Brydge keyboard for the newer iPad Pro version.

I would like to commend the customer service (cs) and repair staff at BRYDGE. The issue was I purchased a BRYDGE keyboard (BK)12.9 for my new IPAD Pro at AMAZON (A). The unit was delivered and after a short time It had issues w/key strokes/space are spacing. It was past return time for A. However in subsequent email from A asking me to rate BRYDGE. I put in the above issues on the BRYDGE keyboard in my email-rating at A. I was immediately contacted by Eric from BRYDGE cs. Eric authorized a repair order for the BK. I sent the BK in as well as a new BK that I had purchased earlier (wrong size) but again could not return (postage paid by BK) Eric and repair staff kept me appraised of the repairs and what was going on. BK/Eric processed a refund for the wrong sized BK that I had wrongly purchased for $141.88. Eric sent me an email indicating the refund (which I was astonished). Now the final story I received back my BK that was repaired and attached is the email I sent BK-Eric (email). In going thru my emails I was going to purchase a new keyboard for my wife the Brydge 12.3 series 11 Gold keyboard. I tried using the email that you sent indicating a refund of $141.88 USD that you sent me but I see the code xxxxxxxx was only good for 30 days. Could you please reactivate that credit? As a note even though you indicated the spacebar was fixed and working I still have the same issue of typing and the first 2-3 ltrs do not appear causing me to go back and re-write. This is hard for a Parkinson’s Patient but maybe it is a connectivity problem w/the IPAD Pro and the Brydge Keyboard? The unit is fully charged and works fine otherwise. I am using VA’s adoptive technology ( large handheld pencil w/rubber tip) for striking keys. Eric immediately processed my new refund which I used to purchase a BK-gold series 11 keyboard. BK as a company and staff has done an excellent job on cs. I recommend BRYDGE for your computer additions. The units are solid and responsive. I would give them 10 stars if I could. THANKS ERIC/BK

I was a little skeptical about the battery and charging needs before buying, but it's battery is very good..... My wife uses this daily in her work and play, and we can go weeks before needing to charge the keyboard. My wife loves this keyboard over all others she's had, including the logi tech product that this replaced.

I have experiened inconsistant pairing failures and have been unableresolve the issue

The keyboard and the back protector were great. happy with my purchase. Took off one star because the application of the screen saver was a lot harder than necessary; the home button and camera holes also don’t line up quite correctly.
