“I bought this at Frys in Anaheim, Ca about 6 months ago. I have tried every keyboard on the market and this one had excellent reviews. I even bought the wireless ipad for iPad Pro which charges off the iPad. That lasted about one year The keyboard constantly turns off from the Bluetooth connection and requires multiple taps to “get going” again. I kept both the ipad and the keyboard charged frequently. I use it all the time for business and personal use so spent a lot of time researching this. I contacted support and they said that the keyboard is supposed to “sleep” when not used and only requires one tap to save the charge. This has not been the case unless it constantly needs to sleep. Now it won’t type the letter “a” without several attempts. So, moving on to Onhi on Amazon. This has been very frustrating.”

“The keyboard and service has come a very long way from my first experience. Although I enjoyed the keyboard on my previous IPad Air-it has some construction issues and keys that were problematic. This new 12.9 is excellent in every detail-keys are great, body is tight and sleek. Further, it was shipped immediately as promised-much better than the first purchase.”

“Love it! Makes my iPad look like a very expensive MacBook. Very practical and worth the price. All I’d ask is some sort of holder for my pen. Thanks again”

“Excellent. Arrived on time. It doesveything it was romoted to do. I am an Apple fan however this knocks spots off the Apple keyboard. Very happy with it.”

“This is what the Apple Smart Keyboard should be like. Love the 3 levels of backlighting, the build quality, the feel. The only downside is I keep going for the trackpad as I think Iâ€™m on my MacBook :rolling_eyes:”
