“All of the basics of a detachable iPad keyboard are covered well with the Brydge MAX+. It pairs well (although occasionally loses its way when it hasn't been used in a while); appears sturdy although I haven't had it long enough to report on durability; the typing "feel" is excellent although that is a personal observation; the responsiveness of actions on the MAX+ to results on screen are very rapid (I cannot detect a delay). The only problems seem to be with the sensitivity of the track pad. It is not universally sensitive to touch (some parts of the track pad seem to be more sensitive than others) and it probably did not need to be as large as it is. It is a VERY heavy keyboard but not such as to be a detriment to use or portability. Pleased with purchase and would purchase again; however Brydge needs to keep working to improve it as it could be a little better.”

“I had high hopes for this keyboard but was very disappointed with the performance of the track pad. It was very jittery and janky. I made the choice to return it and keep using my Magic Trackpad which is buttery smooth and also has more gestures available.”

“Simply to install. This model uses the same charger which is great. I love the hinge. The adjustable hinge makes this product perfect for me bc I can use it in my lap.”

“I am very happy with my 11 inch Max+. The over sized trackpad is so nice and the full multi touch is as good as what is on the Magic Keyboard ot the stand alone Magic Trackpad. The typing on it is so nice and I like it so much more than on the Magic Keyboard. The Max+ has replaced the Magic Keyboard for the 2021 11 inch iPad Pro.”

“Love this keyboard. But it could be better. The trackpad is ok, but not as responsive as the Apple Magic Keyboard. I also think it would be better if they used the Apple connectors on the back of the IPad Pro instead of BT for the connection.”

“Overall an outstanding design and feels like a complete unit once the iPad is in place. The unit is heavy, but that is to be expected with batteries in both the iPad and keyboard. The keys feel right, and I love the backlighting when typing. I also love the size of that trackpad. If there was an attachment that would add the number pad to the side. I would get that too. Oddly enough, there is a weight imbalance noticed when the iPad is pushed back past the vertical so that one is looking down on the screen. I’ll go to tap the screen, and it falls backward. I have to have something on the base to hold it down, usually my other hand. My only other comment is how noisy the trackpad is when one clicks it. It is far noisier than my 2013 MacBook Pro. I try not to use it at night when people sleep close by.”
