“The typing experience is phenomenal. I love the feel and travel of the keys. The trackpad is great when it works. I’m a huge fan of the feel and speed; the size is PERFECT. Problems: Heavy, but I like how stable it is, so trade off. The bottom of the keyboard is SHARP and hurts when you pick it up when its folded. Handle the thing with care. The trackpad will often just stop working; usually when you also touch the screen. It appears like the touchpad is deactivated when you start using touch. I’m VERY disssappointed in this. To fix you have to turn off Bluetooth then turn it back on. It is VERY annoying. There are many times that the click on the trackpad does not register and you have to do it multiple times. Unlike the Logitech, you can type without the click or trackpad going off by accident every third word, but it isn’t perfect. I have big hands and my thumbs often graze the trackpad. There have been numerous times during use where the trackpad registers, selects a huge amount of text and my typing erases it. Thank god for cmd+z. The backlighting is great. Love it. THe controls are smooth. When it works the trackpad is super fast and fluid. Overall: I love this device even with the shortfalls. The issues are very frustrating though and piss me off so much that I feel like I’m settling for the best option there is without buying the ridiculous “magic” keyboard.”

“This was an excellent purchase. I bought another similar, less expensive case that I returned because I really wanted the hard case rather than one with a pull out tilt on the back. It kept collapsing when was in my lap. This has the feel of a real computer. It is a bit heavy (I knew this before buying) but this is not a complaint, it actually makes it feel sturdy. The keyboard is responsive and the track pad is the addition I wanted (previous hard case from yet another company for my 2018 IPad). I like this one better than the previous one not related to the track pad.”

“Updating the firmware was not intuitive. The two finger scrolling in webpages is not as sensitive as it could be. Other than that it is a solid keyboard. Now I just need iOS to up its game!”

“Fantastic addition to iPad. Is weighted enough so iPad is not tippy, and functions very well as a literal ‘laptop’. Connecting and ‘instant on’ work as advertised… doesn’t feel like other Bluetooth keyboards I’ve used. Battery life is extreme so far. Very impressed! Does ad weight to iPad and makes thicker, not a deal breaker in the least.”
