“The cables are good and fast and in Brydge-style elegant. However my 9-yr old has broken 2 at where the cable inserts in the charger so they are not unbreakable.”

“I was so excited to get this product. but while installing it exactly as directed, IT CRACKED MY SURFACE. completely unacceptable. I have submitted a support ticket but have yet to be contacted. This is a product marketed for a surface? It shouldn't be breaking the product it's supposed to work with.”
