“This is my second keyboard as replacement for my SP4 Pro after the previous one that had issue with its battery. Anyway, I am just curious that the keyboard becomes more unresponsive and keep giving me sticky/repeating keystrokes. So, when I do copy-paste, either I cut more than expected lines or pasted more that I should do. Is there any patch that can be fixed or anything that I can do to prevent this? I like the keyboard, but I cannot tolerate this issue because at the end this is so irritating and frustrating. So, if there's a way to patch via software to fix its sensitive that would be fantastic.”

“Should have made this purchase sooner. I dreaded using my work tablet. Great quality comfortable keyboard feels like my MacBook Pro. Only con would be battery life usually lasts about 6 hours.”

“Ridiculous oversea transaction. Using a stupid offshore or uneducated no experience partner/shipper and fake commercial invoice rather greater than you paid for it and make the buyer totally burst from an Import and Customs fee. Shipment also came so late travel back and forth from Asia to US to Asia ended up with a week late. No service mind and sincere mindset from the company’s management and customer support. Too much arrogant and think that this world can’t move on without their product. Totally hurt a customer feeling and damaged a trust and love of their fellow fan!! Lifetime Bye Bye the Brydge Brand, and Stupid HK/China Partner you are totally a nut and lier!! All international buyer please becareful, buy a product of ~ $200+ but declared a commercial for ~ $400+ We are happy to pay for a Tax and Import Customs from the REAL INVOICE but not your Fake Invoice and Lucky they didn’t declare them $1,000,000 we need to sell our company to pay for a tax and customs fee!! It take a year to able to across a wall in our heart when keep seeing your product damaging other’s laptop screen... but then still got a terrible experience from their service and mindset of their support. Totally unhelpful and unprofessional business partner to work with!! Do not Fake a Commercial Invoice it is not similar to the Credit Card/PayPal Transaction and it’s going to kill your customer!!! Surprised on you naive and not happy with your business service mind and will keep sharing our terrible experience to all friends who ask about it because company never care and so arrogant ignored their customer.”

“Pro's: - The keyboard holds the surface nicely, and the laptop can now sit on my lap - The keys are responsive, feels good when typing Con's: - The track pad is doesn't work great. Most notably, it's tough to right click. There seems to be a very small sweet spot on the track pad that must be pressed in order to right click. It's very difficult to find. - There is no page up/down key, which I use a lot for keyboard shortcuts in excel, chrome, and other programs. I know I can use the function key and press the up arrow, but there is space on the keyboard above the right/left arrow keys; I'm not sure why the page up/down keys weren't included.”
