“I gave the wrong address & the brydge was not delivered. I have not been able to correct the address in the brydge system. No contact by brydge re new delivery to new address. Credit card charged. Poor service poor follow up.”

“The look is pretty and professional, work well and smooth connection. The things I don't like is that it's a bit heavy compared to other keyboards for everyday carry, I understand that the weight could stabilize prevent falling as a laptop. Since I feel like it's heavier than a MacBook air when it attached. I would rather decrease some of the battery storage in the keyboard to cut some of the weight. Since it's my EDU. Overall I love it!”

“I would be giving a 5 star rating except for one issue. I like everything about my Brydge 10.5 except for battery life. On the website, it claims that there is a 12 month battery life per charge. I use my iPad Pro 2 about 3 hrs a day, and I use the keyboard at most half that time. I purchased the item about a year ago. I started recording my charging requirements over the past few months, and over the past three charges, I get about 19 to 21 days, much less than the advertised 12 months. Has anyone else had the same issue? I wrote to Brydge support, and they claim monthly charging is not unusual, which is considerably less than the 12 months they advertise, but 25% more than I receive. Has anyone else had the same issue? As an aside,I have owned two Logitech Folios for the iPad Air 2, and both of these easily go three months between charges. The reason I went with Brydge for the iPad Pro 2 was that the Logitech for this iPad is bulky and doesn’t sit on one’s lap as well.”
