“I’ve been brand loyal to ZAGG since buying my first iPhone and iPad. ZAGG keyboard case for the 10.5” iPad is worthless. Replaced twice since hinge just doesn’t really function properly to open case for viewing. When the third case broke I was desperate and began searching for a case that would truly allow be to use iPad in a laptop configuration. I am VERY PLEASED to say that my new BRYDGE keyboard and cover fit the bill. VERY EASY to insert iPad into cover and affix to keyboard. HINDGE is genius design. Smooth open, close and holds in position placed. I am very confident this case will last at least as long as the iPad if not longer. I did not remove the ZAGG screen protector already on the iPad; and had no issues installing into case or hinges One word of caution, read the enclosed user manual before installing. Important to place and remove the iPad into the case hinges at the same time. The picture on the box may mislead you into trying to place one side in at a time. The literature says this is a no no and may lead to a hinge breaking.”

“A little over a year my keyboard ran out of battery and wont hold a charge anymore. After some research on the internet, it appears to be a known issue. A real shame as I have supported these guys from the 1st version they brought out. However clearly the internals are clearly lacking. I now have a very expensive stand for my iPad pro 10.5" All that glitters is not necessarily gold.”

“This is such a solid, quality keyboard...loved it until...about three weeks after purchase, the keys became stiff and began sticking. Sigh. Not easy for a typist to use now. Sigh again.”
