“I was very excited to unbox my Brydge 10.5 Series II keyboard. Read all the reviews online saying how great it was. Hooked it up to my iPad. Fit perfectly. And then I started to type. And I realized that it was dropping at least 1 out of every 10 characters I typed. Not a specific letter… there’s no pattern to it at all. I’m keeping it as an emergency backup just in case my Smart Cover falls apart. Super disappointed.”

“I had a very difficult time to pair the keyboard to my iPad Pro; it should be easier. When I tried to get assistance on the online chat with an agent, I waited a long time only to be told that they were busy and someone would call me later. It took 4 days for an agent to call; by that time I had already managed to get some help online from other users and was able to resolve the problem. Now, I like the keyboard despite the fact that it’s quite heavy. Also, it would nice if there was a groove where the iPad and keyboard meet when closed; it’s difficult to open it.”
