“I purchased this keyboard 12-28-16, this past week it simply stopped charging (I MUST add that this keyboard is minimally used). I contacted customer service and was told to attempt charging with another USB charger (I had already tried this). I then was asked to provide proof of purchase which I did. I was told that I was 4 months past the warranty and unfortunately there was nothing they could do. I’m incredibly disappointed at this response. I would expect at this price point I would have more than 16 months of minimal use. I was hopefull the company would recognize this and do the right thing, but they didn’t. I have asked for reconsideration, but honestly, I just don’t feel I should have had to do that. Still wating for response to this request.”

“The keyboard is gorgeous and gives the tablet a laptop feel but unfortubately the keys need to be more sensitive... the keys only register stern center positioned touch, if you happen to touch the edge or slightly off center the key doesnt register....”

“I like it a lot, I’ve had the mini and the 9.7. Only problem is the rubber feet have fallen off in all models I’ve had. I’m down to 1 on my 10.5 iPad Pro..........”

“I was looking for a one-piece keyboard case and did not like the flimsy Apple option nor the Logitech one (though this was perfect for earlier iPads if you prefer, as I do, a one-piece case). This Brydge model brilliantly transforms your iPad 10.5 into a mini laptop, which was my goal. The missing star to make it perfect 5 is the weight. It does somewhat defeat the purpose of Apple designing these ultra lightweight devices if we triple their weight when we add the peripherals, but that is very much up to each user to identify the nice-to-haves vs the must-haves. For me, the one-piece robust design trumped the downside of the added weight.”
