“I loved the Brydge case initially but as I have used it, I’m starting to not like it as much because the keys stick sometimes when I’m typing and I have to press the keys really hard to make them print so I’m thinking about returning it unfortunately.”

“I own 2 Brydge eyboards. The one for the Surace Pro is simply great. The one for the 10.5 is flawed. Thy use different shims that inserts into the hinge. The 10.5 uses a black rubber shims which separates and bends. The larger uses a much better material that Wally holds up. I would give 5 starts fo the large and 2 forthe10.5.”

“I gave bridge the opportunity to make this right. I reported problems with the cap locks 2 days after I recieved it. I have had problems with the blue tooth staying connected, it drops blue tooth connection after 5 mins of use. The keyboard is supposed to stay charged with normal use for 12 months and red light blinks even after it's been charging for hours. It won't charge! I asked for a replacement because of this. I have yet to receive the replacement. This item is not even 30 days old and they are wanting me to file it under warranty. I've had problems with it upon receiving it. The warranty claim says that they can try to fix the same item and return it back to me? So, I may not receive a new keyboard? And I have to be without a keyboard until they fix it, or decide to send a new one? This is not a keyboard that worked for a while, that I've had a while that I'm sending in under warranty. This is a brand new item that I recieved defective. And I need a keyboard to use for work purposes. As it looks now, I will have to purchase a new keyboard locally in order to have a working Keyboard. Unfortunately this hasn't been resolved as it should. This may not be the norm for Brydge as by the other reviews I veiwed. This is my experience with Brydge so far. I was hoping to get a replacement that works as promised. And it is a beautiful design. But it's going back to Brydge!”

“I really like the design of the keyboard and knew it would take a little while to get used to the smaller keyboard. But, the responsiveness of the keys is not great. It usually misses a keystroke every sentence or so. If I type really slowly I can get that down to once a paragraph. But the keys need to be hit fairly hard and only in a specific part of the button for a response to be registered.”

“I LOVE this keyboard. Sturdy, well-built, back-lit keys, attractive. The only reason I couldn’t give it a 5 is because when I received it, the packaging box was a little banged up and somehow during the transit, the inside packing (air bags) were flat — somehow had deflated. The product box was unharmed. The left shift key is not smooth operating, but I’m not sure if that’s just the way it is or a result of something during shipping. Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase and would recommend this keyboard to others.”

“I really like the keyboard so I am ordering a second one. But my first one DIED after only a couple of months. Charged it once and now it won’t charge, won’t connect to my iPad. Sadly it’s the only one that I really like so will tr6 again. Expensive piece of of dog doo”
