The product is excellently made and packaged very well. My only concern is the weight. The extra weight is probably due to the fact it is so well made. In my situation portability is of primary importance so that is the reason for four stars instead of five. Other than that I would rate it five stars but this is my only consideration.

Everything seems to work as advertised, but the keyboard has the letter “B” where the “m” should be.

I love the look of this keyboard and the features but I absolutely hate typing on it. It misses keystrokes more often than I can count. I'm not the fastest typist out there but I know when this thing misses a keystroke. If you hit the keys in the exact center it registers the keystroke just fine but hit the key slightly off center and the result is missed keystroke. Also, you have to hit the keys with a heavy decisive force. It's unnatural and frustrating beyond belief especially if you're used to Apple or Logitech keyboards. This is a premium product designed and marketed towards a discriminating clientele. Apple customers tend to demand perfection and sadly this aint it. As far as bluetooth connectivity, it seems to have a solid connection. It stays connected even from a distance but if the keyboard goes to sleep due to inactivity then it takes a few seconds to reconnect before you can use it again. I would prefer to find a good keyboard that uses the smart connector instead of bluetooth. If they had worked with someone like Logitech to source the actual keyboard then this would be a real winner but they obviously went with the lowest bidder for the most important part of this keyboard. After all, if you can't type reliably on a given keyboard then it's a failure right out of the gate.

I purchased Brydge 10.5 keyboard several weeks ago and i love it. It is very easy to use and works perfectly with my iPad. The only thing that has even remotely been a frustration is how hard you have to depress the keys when typing but it doesn’t compare to the ease. It is just a matter learning the feel for it. It is great...if you are having second thoughts about getting it don’t...
