“Pros: excellent build material (aluminium), looks very professional and matches iPad colour very accurately, hold iPad in position and makes it look and feel like a mini macbook, backlight keys are great, additional row of dedicated keys are very useful, reliable bluetooth connection. Cons: keys are not very responsive (I thought it was a learning curve problem, but after almost 1 month using it I still find myself having to hit the keys very hard for them to work; this is a major problem, as the main thing you expect from a keyboard is for it to work properly), hinges can damage the screen of your iPad (in my case it was only a small scratch on the border where the left hinge docks in, it only affected the aesthetics), there is no right keyboard language option on iOS for keyboard layout (â€œâ‚¬â€ on option-2 and a â€œÂ£â€ on option-3), connection to the tablet takes a bit of time (this is due to bluetooth connectivity, if you want something more responsive get a keyboard that supports the smart connector). Overall, this keyboard is acceptable. It looks awesome and really gives an impression of a premium product. However, it seems to fail at its main duty: providing a flawless writing experience. I would not recommend this product to someone that is very serious about using their iPad as a productivity tool. However, it is advisable for those people that want their iPad to look good and to have a very solid tablet holder.”

“This product recieves its stars for quality materials as well as for form factor and keeping with the Apple design. It loses 3 stars however for having 1. Poor Bluetooth connectivity 2. Mushy/unresponsive key switches and 3. Poor/delayed responsiveness from technical support.”
