“Battery won''t charge past 82%... Secondary click is inoperable... Tracking is horrendous.... Documentation is ridiculously sparse and Brydge keeps sending out firmware updates that do absolutely nothing. I would return this useless thing, but considering it took Brydge three months to send it to me after I bought it, I'm pretty sure I won't see a refund before 2021. Worst aftermarket company I have ever dealt with.”

“I have to say first off - the keyboard itself is magnificent. The keys feel great to type on and I couldn’t be happier with them. I will admit, I was a bit disappointed in the trackpad at first....it just doesn’t feel as fluid and comfortable to use as an Apple one. However, after a couple days I found myself getting more used to it...and Brydge has released two firmware upgrades since I received it....which is impressive in itself and shows me that they are working hard to make the trackpad smooth as silk. I am confident they will get there with it after seeing the progress made in those two firmware upgrades. Overall happy with my purchase and don’t regret choosing the Pro+ over Apples Magic Keyboard.”
