“Same quality and feel but it does not connect as readily and I find myself not using the touchpad because of that. I would not upgrade unless like I you needed to.”

“For $230 one would think better quality. Received 11/2020 in 12/2020 had to replace the rubber grommet pads on both hinges. 01/2021 they tore though again. I’ve sent 4 emails to customer service no response. 4 phone calls and message saying thanks for calling mailbox is full. Looking at website says comes with protective back she’ll for iPad which I didn’t receive. The keyboard itself does what it is supposed to do. I also noticed one hinge doesn’t close right and sicks also makes cracking noises (at first thought it broke my iPad Pro”. IPad also has tendency to shift and slide out of alignment.”

“The Brydge folio works surprisingly well (with just 2 corner clips) to hold the iPad onto the keypad. However the magnetic protector panel for the back of the iPad is useless. It knocks off easily. I would prefer a backing that actually creates a protective shell for the iPad (like a Zagg folio I had for an older iPad) Otherwise the keypad itself and the functions are excellent. It’s helpful to use the iPad Pro Assistive Touch function to create an on-screen app-switching button. Otherwise, it’s difficult to slide the bottom located slider which sits right against the keypad.”
