Overall, I love this keyboard. The only issue I have had is that the magnetic protective cover that attaches to the back of the iPad comes off more easily than I would like. Not a bid issue at all as I primarily need it when I put the iPad in my backpack or brief case.

Have used 1st gen Brydge on 2017 and 2018 iPad Pro. Bought the new keyboard after extensive research on iPad Pro keyboards - and specifically after testing the new Apple Magic keyboard which I found to feel too flimsy for the price (or for use with such a high powered piece of equipment). The Brydge is MUCH sturdier - feels like a part of the iPad when connected. I admit I had issues with Brydge and both the 2017 and non-PLUS 2018 keyboards, specifically regarding issues removing and reinserting the iPad (had two 2017 keyboards break at the hinge {Brydge only replaced the first one} and the rubber came off my 2018 non-PLUS w/in the first month, putting a scratch on my >$1000 tablet). The new Pro+ is a completely new design and feels sturdier - and no issues with the rubber so far. Highly recommend the Brydge Pro+!

I like the look of the keyboard, and it's fine...not horrible, but not great. The trackpad is a nice feature. A couple of issues with the product. First, the magnetic background that is supposed to protect the back of the iPad is lousy. It's not strong enough to stay on the iPad and is constantly falling off. I've lost it all over the house and I'm sure it's just a matter of time before it falls off somewhere on the road and I lose it. My other complaint is that if you lean the iPad back too far past 90 degrees, the iPad is heavy enough to fall backwards (then the magnetic back often falls off). I'm not sure I'd buy this again.

Not impressed at all. I never leave bad reviews as I am mostly pretty relaxed and believe that we should all be nice to each other and get along, so well done Brydge for firing me up to do this!! There is an infuriating design flaw, which Brydge is aware of, that causes the back to keep falling off. Not the end of the world I know, but it shouldn't happen. I'd be disappointed if this was some cheap ebay rubbish, but it's not. This is a high end, expensive product, and the fact that you have sold it, and continue to sell it with the flaw, shows contempt for your customers in my opinion. When I pointed this out to them, I was told that I would have to send it back - at my cost!! The reason given was because the keyboard worked; yes, the keyboard works, but you are advertising the product with a protective back as well. I really can't recommend them until the flaw is sorted out. So a big fat 1 star review. Let's have a bit more honesty Brydge. My first ever dealing with you has left a sour taste which is a real shame because I am totally sure that you are really nice people. And I know this is a first-world problem and there are much more important things going on in the world right now so I feel really bad about this

I am a longtime Brydge owner. I love the keyboard, but I wish it would remain closed when I am carrying it. It opens up and bangs against my iPad. I have replaced the keyboard once (thinking I had bad hinges) but this one is doing it also. Even sometimes laying flat, it does not shut all the way. This is my only CON about this keyboard.

It makes my iPad heavier than my laptop

The magnetic case back doesn’t stay on well, random keys on the keyboard stop working, and it deletes words as I type. But it connects easily and stays charged.
