“I really liked the keyboard and was eager to upgrade, then I found out they have no recycle program. I reached out to tech support and got "Thank you for reaching out, unfortunately we do not. I apologize for the inconvenience. " and then: nothing... #Rude Great product but the company needs to step up its game.”

“I think the functionality of the keyboard works well when it comes to the keys. The trackpad does have it's far share of small annoyances though like when you swipe right or left to go in between pages, it's super sensitive and will fly over the intended page or the same issue for using the swipe for up and down when using a website. I expected smoother functionality for $200+ but it's good nonetheless. Also, the cover that comes with the keyboard was pretty useless.”

“Very well made, I am very impressed with the overall design, the selection of materials and the finishes applied.. I purchased the Glass + shield, not knowing that the glass shield would not accommodate the Brydge Pro+ Hinge design. Is there a Hinge Design Modification to accommodate the IPAD Pro with a Glass+ Shield mounted ?”

“A friend picked up the model for his iPad without the touch pad, but I waited until the release of the new model. I'm not disappointed. It's turned my iPad into a high performance machine. It's my go to device for everything unless I'm physically sitting at work. The track pad allows me to move between apps, music texts and so much more. The backlit keys allow me to work in the dark, and the keys themselves just work well and have a smooth function to them. The only downfall to this device is the back plate, but its not a little issue and wouldn't stop me from buying the product. With Apple's addition of the new camera's on the 2020 model, the back plate doesn't quite line up correctly on my case and the magnets don't hold it in place well enough going in and out of my laptop/briefcase. It may be that I have an odd bird, but for what I do, and everything I get from this product, I can live with it.”

“The keyboard isn’t as seamless as I was hoping for, scrolling with the touch pad isn’t as smooth as scrolling on the screen. And I wish the screen and keyboard could fold flat against each other. The back protector thing doesn’t stay on well. Touch pad and volume and light control are nice, as well as shortcuts and gestures.”
