I love the design of this keyboard they keys feel great. But I do have some issues. The trackpad is too small and lap use is a little uncomfortable because there is not enough room for my palms when using the keyboard and trackpad. However the main issue is lack of integration with iPad os. The trackpad doesn’t support and of the official iPad os gestures because of this the keyboard is so inefficient when navigating the os. I have since switched to the logetich FOLIO TOUCH. If you could resolve these issues the brydge pro + would be my main iPad keyboard hands down.

The keyboard works great. The only issue is that one of the keys is already clanking when I use it. Product has only been in use for < 1 week. Would've expected better quality for a $200 product.

Works very well and seems very well made. My only complaint, and the only thing that kept me from giving five stars, is that my Ipad works its way out of the bracket/clips. I've never had it come completely out, I check it and push it back in periodically

The Brydge Pro+ is very well constructed. They keyboard is high quality and the track pad adds functionality I didn’t know I was missing. I do have two thoughts on making it even better: (1) Increase the strength of the magnets that hold the cover for the back of the iPad secure, and (2) wake up the keyboard more quickly when trying to use it after a prolonged break. Great product!

I really like the look and feel of this iPad keyboard. Most of the time I forget I’m using a hybrid product, and it just feels like I have an awesome touch-screen laptop. Lightness and compactness were selling points for me, over some of the more “protective” cases on the market. As an overall design consideration, the base / keyboard is actually “too” light to be able to take advantage of the full range of its own screen angles available (another selling point), unless you find something to prop behind the heavier iPad “screen” portion. When I first tried typing, I had a moment of worry that the keyboard layout might be too cramped – but after a few sessions it felt just right for the form factor – and I couldn’t live without the extra row of function keys. Turns out I don’t use the track pad much at all, which I originally thought would be a must-have. It’s just become more natural to reach up and use the fully integrated touch-screen gestures on the iPad itself. So unfortunately my main experience of the trac pad is mild annoyance when I brush it by mistake and misplace my cursor mid-word :) The friction clamping mechanism has its drawbacks. I find that the iPad drifts over time, always in the same direction, and I have to reset it every week or so whether I want to or not. The padding in one of the clamps started to visibly shift within its housing after a couple weeks – and although it continues to serve the function of holding the iPad more-or-less in place, that material is exhibiting more wear already than usage would suggest. I wish there was a battery indicator on the face of the keyboard, and also an easy “charge both” option (why have no after-market keyboards integrated the port that’s available?) – but overall the battery life is fine… I’d want more no matter what it was! The magnetic protective backing is fine too (and a major contributor to the lightness factor), but that can also drift around when you open & shut, or re-angle the screen. There have been a couple times when I was shifting viewing angle and the backing popped off – no biggie, it’s just one of those features I’d rather be able to “set it and forget it”. Overall I’ve had a great experience and can only think of minor suggestions for improvement, so 4 out fo 5!

The after sales support is robust and responsive after 1 of the 2 keyboards I brought had a defect. The support officer Sara was quick to respond and provided a positive outcome for the issue. I will certainly continue to buy Brydge products.

The Brydge keyboard works seamlessly with my 11” IPad Pro. The keys are responsive, the color (space-gray) is spot on, and the battery life is amazing.

The pads on the hinges where the ipad slides in came loose the first time I used it. Terrible quality.
