The keyboard looks great. It matches my iPad perfectly. It feels well built and sturdy and connects quickly. The keys have great tactile feel. My only complaint is the back cover moves too easily and gets misaligned.

Honestly terrible. The keyboard itself isn’t bad but the trackpad is terrible. It is very glitch and not smooth at all. You can’t scroll with it. If you do scroll it will take to either all the way down the page or not do anything. You can’t use the trackpad to go home because it’s not even a feature. And you don’t know what the battery level of the keyboard it because there are no indicators. The only indicator is on the iPad and it’s very wrong, it drops battery percentage every 1 second. It goes from 100-20 in about a minute. Also the hinge sometimes sticks and clicks

Would have loved it if it worked correctly. Keys wouldn’t register and customer service was completely obsolete. Email is ridiculous to get through. Don’t sell a great product you can’t back up with good customer service. There should be a phone number to get to talk to someone.

After owning a Brydge for my older iPad Pro, I was looking forward to this product for my new iPad Pro. After the delay for the firmware upgrade, I finally received my keyboard. I haven't even had it a month, and the hinges are already acting up. Sometimes they make a loud clicking/ratchet sound, and the iPad never seems to close fully onto the keyboard itself all the time. Pushing down on the hinges once the iPad is closed over the keyboard seems to help "close" the gap in most instances. I've sent an email off to customer support, so I'm currently waiting on their response.

Torn between an iPad or a lap-top? Have both with Brydge's keyboard/iPad cover! I bought one, minus the track pad, only to find out a few days later this newer version was coming soon, so I returned my purchase and pre-ordered their new keyboard, and while I had to wait almost two months for delivery due to shipping delays and the a firmware update; it was SO worth it. There are a few intricacies to get used to using an iPad as a laptop, but I have the best of both worlds now and couldn't be happier! Now my wife wants one too!

The build is solid and the design is spot on. The keyboard itself is a joy to type on. It’s quickly become my go to for plowing through my work email. I wish the trackpad behaved a bit more like I expect it to. It still jumps a bit when over-scrolling and I inadvertently click on things with a tap when I expect to have to click. All in all, happy with the purchase. Fingers crossed that some firmware upgrades fix some of the odd behaviors.

This Brydge keyboard is GREAT! Everything was been working flawlessly with my 2020 iPad Pro. A quality product that actually works and protects the iPad. The trackpad works perfectly and has been very accurate. This is a very solid feeling keypad that you do not find with other brands. Don’t forget their excellent customer service to back these up.
