“The trackpad isn't as good as they said it would be. I had to wait an extra month for the trackpad fix and it isn't that good. I love all the extra buttons though, makes it way easier to turn up and down brightness, etc.”

“The product is great so far ! However the customer service was lacking ! I understand that COVID pandemic caused issues . However waiting weeks for responses on where the product is , is not good customer service .”

“Was sent a dirty, faulty and used keyboard and no resolution from customer support for over 2 weeks. Packing slip also stated that the device was faulty. Really poor service.”

“I purchased this because of the price factor. It took quite a while to receive the keyboard...much longer than expected. However, after receiving it it has worked very nicely. It provides good protection for the iPad, they keyboard is responsive. Although I haven’t mastered all of the track pad gestures, it seems to respond quite well. I am overall impressed.”
