“By far some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced, or rather, lack thereof. No response to multiple emails and FB messages. The return window is 30 days from the date of the order. The fact that they don't ship the product until more than two months after the order was placed does not change that. So your return window is closes more than a month before you actually get anything from them.”

“The keyboard is Great! It truly operates like a MacBook Pro laptop., tracking pad and all. The only thing I get every now and then the screen keyboard will come up. I’m sure there is a setting for that. Thank you for all the hard work. Greg”

“Excellent keyboard however I dropped it a mere 10 inches and the hinge broke and is not fixable..one would think it would be much more durable especially the essential hinge attachment pin. Broke like a toothpick.”

“This keyboard is an excellent productI just wish the magnet cover was stronger in that it falls off easily so most of the time I just leave it off. The lighted keyboard works fine and the trackpad is a nice touch.”

“Extremely poor service. More than two weeks in the transit (of the courier service company). Request sent to Brydge and no one bother to reply. So far I do not know where is the product or when it will reach.”
