“I will say this product is everything it advertises. And not one glitch yet....The power/charge issue not a concern even though when you initially receive there is very little charge and it will read 84% until you do one of it's updates. Then it goes up to 99% The low rating I'm giving is less about the product ..yes wish I had more juice to power it up when I first received. My problem is lack of communication, response time was insane, and promise to actual ship dates made it difficult to know I paid for something and did not hear back. As a retired logistics manager in the military, I would of been relieved and shipped off for not following through. Again the product is great!!!”

“The keyboard topples over beyond a certain angle due to the weight of the iPad. The magnetic cover is flimsy and drops off easily. Keyboard and trackpad hangs when used with certain applications.”

“So as I was waiting for my Brydge Pro 12.9 to be delivered I was reading reviews and watching videos. There were a couple of reviews that had me wondering if I was making the right decision. I am very happy to say this keyboard is an absolute winner and I am SO HAPPY I waited to have this keyboard delivered. My iPad has been completely transformed to the hybrid tablet that I always wanted but couldn’t find. I cannot emphasize how much I love this keyboard. I am sitting here in my living room just admiring the hell out of it! Maybe its the updates but my trackpad works like a hot damn and as I figure out all the gesture and shortcuts it just gets better and better. The fit and finish of this beauty is immaculate and it looks like a complete extension of my iPad Pro, like it was made out of the same hunk of metal. The keys feel great to type on and are just enough travel to feel very nice...not a pro but it just feels right and I love the lit keyboard as well. Some spillage...maybe, an issue, no way and I love the three levels. Brydge...I have to hand it to you, this is one fine product and easily an 11 out of 10. One last thing...not sure if its even possible but I love how on my iPad I can swipe from the left to go back a page when I am on the internet for example...is there any way of doing that with the trackpad?”

“I've just received the Brydge ioad pro plus an an ive seen on utube their track pad is Nothing to be desired an when u want an return they hit you with a lot of red tape shipping fees and restocking fees all because they lie ab I ut their track pad being so good so not true so let's me know you can't realize on Brydge technology to do the right thing it'll cost you for their miss Representing their product never again will they get me so please beware their slick as :u1F9CA:”

“This product does not work as described. The mouse gets "stuck" at times, there is a 1 second delay if you click the trackpad then try to type anything, and the two-finger swiping/scrolling does not work consistently. I contacted Brydge for a full refund and they are trying to charge me a restocking fee and charging me return shipping.”

“Gonna get right to the point, the typing experience on this case is fantastic. I've got the 11" version and was expecting it to be cramped, but it's not cramped and it's very well laid out. I am very impressed by this keyboard! It's because of this that I'm sad I can't give this 5 stars. I got this during lockdown and have worked from home the whole time, it hasn't moved around hardly at all. I've also barely removed my iPad from it, maybe a total of 10-12 times. It ALREADY has a large hole in one of the rubber grips after barely over a month of use (see photos). I'm kind of worried that my iPad will be damaged with further use, so until I get ahold of tech support for a replacement rubber piece it is going to be babied even more than it is already. This brings me to another point, I would absolutely accept compromises on thickness/appearance for a more robust hinge design. I'm already worried about the grip holding up over time. I'm also disappointed that if I want to keep my iPad screen up with the keyboard attached that I have to cover two corners of the screen. (I've attached a photo that shows how much of the screen is covered, what is shown is what would be covered if the iPad is attached facing out.) I'd even go for something that requires tools and/or adhesives to install, like a durable "edge" piece that stays on the iPad, and then that part could connect to the keyboard. In the end, I'm going to keep using this case. I think the good things plus careful management of the bad things results in a net positive, but not by as much as I'd like in a product of this price. A good typing experience can only go so far. I don't think I would buy it again in the future without a substantial hinge redesign.”
