“The chair says it is rated for 500 pounds but the hydraulic does not stay up. I am 450 pounds and bought this specifically for the fact it held such a high weight. Otherwise the chair is comfortable.”
“First, mine did not come with the correct wheels. I reported on April 6th, and received the wheels on April 23. Too long to wait when out of pocket 350.00+ for an item.
Second, the piston for the Pneumatic Seat Height Adjustment went out after two months of use. I'm not even close to 500 pounds. Now I'm pretty much sitting on the floor. Many people are having this same problem with this same chair - GO-99-3-GG.

“The weight of the chair is encouraging. I've had it about two weeks, no creaking, or signs of stress. The seat is wide and provides a firm cushion. I do tend to slide to the front of the cushion, but it's not that big of a deal. It took about 15 minutes to put together, no problems there. You need to put some effort into making it rock back and forth as well. Overall I'm extremely satisfied with the purchase. This isn't a chair for small people in my opinion. 275+ around 6 get or taller. If you're shorter, you'll need long legs to fit comfortably given the size of the cushion. I wanted a big and tall chair, and this fits the bill.”
