“Honest review. I'm a court reporting student. I ordered this chair because of the shallow depth since I needed back support while having the machine between my legs.
It's too early to tell but i like the chair so far. The problem is....the chair i received is not new. It has scratches, some black areas of the chair are peeled off, while assembling the chair i ended up with black lubricant/oil all over my hands which by the way, has not come off a day after so my hands are still black and sticky/slimey.
I emailed their customer service and although they have been polite, I'm dissatisfied with how things have been handled. All they have said so far is "we'll get in contact with the supplier and will let you know what they say".
I've sent them 10 photos showing proof. This chair costed $400.00. I asked if I could at least get a discount because I reiterate, this is not a new chair.
Would not recommend.”
