I called for technical assistance with setting up the product and was greeted by very friendly, helpful staff. The setup issue was resolved quickly and easily. I'm very happy with the product itself! It's exactly what I was hoping for. My only recommendation to potential buyer is when you raise it up the first time, to put it back down push BACK and down, and put a little weight on the desk. It's designed to STAY in the upright position with your monitor on it - and it does just that :)”
“Sturdy and easy to lift and lower. Currently holds two 27" monitors using a duel monitor arm attached through the grommet. However, the monitors would still probably fit (albeit tightly) with their normal stands.”
