“After aot of research on settled on this unit. It comes pre assembled and is very sturdy even when at its highest setting. I am 5'10 and I do not use it at its highest setting. The only item I would change is the keyboard platform. It is a little narrow as reported in several reviews. Other than that I highly recommend it.”
