“Chair delivered in a timely manner. Assembly was easy with step by step instructions. Chair is well built. Dispatchers and Officers using have all found it to be very comfortable and easy to adjust for varing heights and sizes. Would highly recommend!”
“Control Center shift work for 21 years, have used numerous chairs and the 3150 is about as good as they get but could use a few improvements. The tension on the tilting is fine for someone 150# but if you're 6'6" and 300# then it needs to have more resistance. Even when increased as much as possible it still leans back to easily. Possibly this is to prevent what has happened with other chairs that end up pulling through the seat pan when the tension is cranked all the way up. While on the subject of tilting, the tilt range is somewhat limited compared with other chairs. It could lean back farther (again this may be by design to keep someone from tipping over backwards as we've had happen with BodyBilt chairs). The back could stand to be a little longer for those of us over six foot, when you adjust the back up for our height the lumbar support bladder ends up in the middle of your back, but then the average height controllers we have all love the back so that's not something you could expect without customization for height. The other suggestion is to make the arm width adjustment easier and more accessible, when you have numerous different operators using the chair and they all want to adjust the arms to different widths the stalks for the other adjustments blocking access to the thumb wheels to lock the arms in place is an annoyance.
The 7 legged base is wonderful and makes the chair roll much easier than standard 5 legged bases. The seat cushion not having any real bottom to it seems to keep it from heat loading during 12 hour shifts and although it doesn't eliminate pressure points completely it's much better than any of the other ones we've tried. The modularity of the chair assembly should lend itself to easy parts replacement and the replaceable covers should extend the useable service life of the chair significantly. We have only had the chairs around 3 months so far so we can't speak to their longevity yet.”
“The box came delivered to us heavily damaged but the contents seemed to be fine. We have only had the chair a couple weeks but seems good so far. It was easy to assemble and everyone that has tried it seems happy with it. It is being used in a 911 Dispatch Center so it gets a lot of use with different sizes of people. Time will tell.”

“This chair is being used in a dispatching office that is manned 24-7 and so far it has been working out wonderfully, the only part i could knock is when i unpacked the chair the plastic cover on the tilt levers was busted but i also think that could have been done in transit (maybe cover it in foam next time) by the carrier and a new part was sent out right away no questions asked. I did a lot of research before buying this chair and we went through a lot of the run of the mill cheep chairs over the years and they all find there way to the dumpster before the year is out so do your selves a favor and buy this one first and save yourself a lot of money and headaches in the mean time.”
