“It's not that quality of a chair, but I'm stuck with it now because of it's "customization", it's non-returnable. For ~$300, I could have gotten something around $80. It's stiff, rigid, very little lumbar support and overall just feels clunky to sit in vs ergonomically structured.”
“I wanted a web back chair and loved that you could highly customize this chair, including seat fabric. I had to email BTOD a couple of times through the process and they were always awesome. The only thing I dislike a bit is the seat. Probably a bit of preference, but to me the seat is very wide (I got the standard seat, wondering if I should have gotten the narrow seat), it is not the most comfortable seat I have had (not sure if it is too firm or too thin, but there is something with it that you notice sitting in it after a while), and the seat is pretty "flat", not curved as much as normal seats (not sure if this impacts comfort, I doubt it, but it is noticeable). Overall, I am happy with the purchase but the seat is something that could be improved and looking at other reviews, there are others that feel the same.”
