“This is a very uncomfortable chair with absolutely no lumbar support. Mine actually came with scratched components and you cannot make a return on this purchase. This model is just very old and you would be better off ordering something with a newer design.”

CON: Be aware, based on the return policy, it seems that IF you choose this chair and your preferred color scheme, the item is not returnable as only the BTOD items are. I removed one star for this reason. I didn't feel that this was made very clear before I purchased the chair as the site makes it seem like any item was returnable when in fact its essentially only the BTOD line.”
“The BTOD instructional videos and reviews were helpful and guided my purchase. As a student, I appreciated having a budget option next to the pricier chairs. Delivery didn't go well- manufacturer dropped important info from my shipping label, and FedEx forged a signature and dumped the chair outside my apartment building in a high-theft neighborhood. BTOD was responsive to my complaint but I didn't get a commitment that they would contact the manufacturer. Chair adjustment instructions easy to follow. It's a lovely chair, and I'm glad I bought it.”
