“I'm 5 ft tall and the chair fits me well. When I received it, it had a chemical odor that took several weeks to completely air out. And the seat cushion took a week or so to soften up a bit. It's not the best ergo chair I've ever had but it's affordable and does the job. I'm happy with it.”
“Most uncomfortable seat cushion! Very hard. No give at all. Also, although I am "petite" at 5'1" and 106 lbs this seems small in several dimensions. Can't get seat back at either a good height or angle. Seat depth not only difficult to adjust but rather short. I'm going to give this another day or two but I'm sure not getting rid of my old chair. No complaints about BTOD. This product just doesn't work for me.”

I got the version without arms, and I'm happy I did, as I never use them. The online adjustment webpage was excellent, but the key to success was experimenting with options for my particular needs.
