“This is a great chair. I am 6'3" and it is just right for me in terms of height and adjustments. However, the headrest that shipped with this chair was not the headrest shown in three BTOD YouTube videos, including a video published last week (after I had bought the chair). Customer support was initially very unsatisfactory until Greg Knighton got involved. Other than that I am very happy with this chair!”

Back is tall enough for my 6' frame and has plenty of adjustment remaining for taller people. Seat is very comfortable but does start to press up at the front edge after a few hours.
Forward tilt is excellent feature to use when I am typing for extended periods.
Headrest and armrests are adjustable but the armrests do not go high enough to rest my elbows without leaning or slouching.”

“The chair came well packed. The arms were already attached so all I had to do was lift the very heavy chair onto the rod. I did it by myself but, I wish I had ask for some help, The chair is really well made. The mesh is very supportive on my back. The arms adjust up and down. No squeaks or rattles so far. It's been only 48 hours of 10 hour shifts sitting in the chair and I am happy I made the purchase. Cushion is on the firm side so be aware. That could be a dealbreaker for many. It is really firm. Not uncomfortable to me but, could be a problem for someone used to a softer cushion. No idea yet if it will soften up.”
“I was super hesitant to purchase this chair because of the no return policy, but I'm super happy that I went through with it. It's super comfortable, especially the seat. It was also nice to have so many options of customization on the chair. I ended up going with the Spice Juniper option and it looks and feels really nice.
It did take a long time to get to me, as the delivery date kept getting pushed back further and further, but that's not really the biggest deal.
I also should have bit the bullet and bought the most expensive tier of adjustment because at 5'2, my feet don't touch the floor even at the lowest setting. Once again, not the biggest deal as most adults aren't as short as I am.”

This is an office chair I can sit at the computer for hours and not have my back killing me. This chair is fully loaded and it covers everything I need it for.”
