“Was very excited for this chair. However, the cushion is not comfortable on my rear ended. I've had pain in my tailbone for days and it is linked to this chair. I'm in so much pain that I can now hardly drive for an extended period of time. My friend ordered one months ago and his was much more comfortable. I even ordered the same chair. Not happy”
“I realize my chair was a custom order so it would take some time to prepare. I made the order on 11/10. According to the email I received, lead time to receive the chair 12/9, which is today. I'm guessing that's why I got an email today asking for a review.
Well, last week I received an email saying lead time to receive the chair was pushed back to between 1/10 - 1/14. So not just a week or two, but more than a month. I realize the delay could be caused by the manufacturer, but I don't know that because I wasn't given a reason for the delay.
Normally, I wouldn't say anything. But if I'm going to get an automated email asking me to review a purchase I'm not even going to get for another month"¦ A purchase I've already paid for! (Some places won't bill you until your purchase has shipped, but not btod I guess), then I'm going to leave an honest review.”
“Good Chair for the money. I got the OM High Back Management Synchro Chair after extensive shopping and consideration of many chairs. It's a high quality chair but not super expensive. I paid around $600. I liked that it could be customized in terms of fabrics and colors and features. Super easy to put together with just a few parts to assemble. No issues with missing parts or the packaging. It was delivered within about 3-4 weeks...so overall, Good Purchase. I liked that BTOD had a video of the chair so I had a good idea of what I was buying. Highly recommend.”
“I bought this chair because I need a chair that reclined both in the back support and the seat due to a bad back. The ergonomic chairs that are popular today where the back tilts back, the seat slides forward and tilts back only slightly was just not comfortable for me. This chair adjusts all the ways I like and is super comfortable. My only regret is I should have spent the extra money and purchased the option to remove the arm rests so I can play my guitar in it :-)”
