“In general I am satisfied with this table. It looks nice and has been working flawlessly since I bought it a month or so ago. The only big Con is the unnecessarily difficult assembly. The key problem is that the pre-drilled holes are too small and there are lots of screws which have to be put in place in these holes. Some holes where actually not there at all, so you WILL need you own drill (and some good screwdrivers) to be able to assemble this table. The instructions were also far from easy to understand - compared for example to the average IKEA furniture assembly instructions.”
“I am very pleased with this purchase. I don't believe there is any one position that is optimal for working -they're all appropriate at one time or another. This desk lets me go from chair to ball to standing through out the day with nominal transition effort. The only drawback I found was that some of the parts (e.g. controller) weren't the same as depicted in the assembly instruction and didn't fit the pre-drilled holes. Didn't hold me up though - I love the desk, my posture is better and it's easier than I thought it would be to type standing up!”
“This desk replaced my hand-me-down "desk" that I had been using for the past three years. This is definitely an improvement! The motor works well and the movement is smooth. The desk does not shake or wiggle like another stand-up desk in my office building does. It is very sturdy and seems like it is made to last. I highly recommend the extra pen drawer, it comes in very handy. I did not assemble the desk, two of my maintenance workers did and they noted that some of the holes were not drilled correctly, but they were able to assemble it within two hours.”
“This product is phenomenal in that it looks nice, is very well made and allows me to sit or stand at the touch of a button. I've been using the desk during my 50-60 hour weeks in the office and my back paid is completely gone. I can't thank you enough!”
“The fact that this desk allows me to work standing up or sitting is the main feature that attracted me to the product. It's easy to assemble and once set up, is easy to adjust in height. It is a little more expensive than a standard table, but I consider it an investment in my health.”
“After much searching I settled on the New Heights desk for a few reasons. One, I could adjust the height. Two, I could customize the size and finish of the desktop. Assembly was more difficult than it should have been. Several holes were not drilled properly and I needed to drill them myself before I could finish putting the desk together. Apart from that I've been satisfied and have recommended it to others.”
