“I read this a four-star rather than a five star I receive one of the legs damaged but it wasn't worth the hassle Of returning it in all I love the product I just wish it was all made in the US The top was made offshore it was shipped in three boxes I received one box every day for three days The product works great it's very stable I think a must have is the back brace for the legs and a pencil drawer Besides mishaps with the product it's worth having”
“The desk works well and is very stable with the cross section. However various parts were damaged on arrival. This is one of the most expensive sit/stand desks on the market, so one would expect it to arrive in first class condition. Very disappointed”
“The desk seems to be of high quality materials. The height ranges are great. Voice control for raising and lowering the desk is nice too. No need to hold the button to adjust the height. Glad to see high quality product from Wisconsin and the motor/controller from Germany.”
“THIS DESK IS AMAZING. Pure and simple, if you're looking for a top-of-the-line desk that's beautiful and reliable, then this is 100% the way to go. I wish I had ordered a bigger one! The build quality is superb. It looks really, really good. For two weeks after I bought it I still just look at it and smile because it's such a nice piece. Customer service was just fine, too.
Just so people know, there IS a bit of time you need to spend setting it up. It took me several hours to understand it. And it came in so many boxes I couldn't find the box that had the instructions; HOWEVER, these guys have an awesome little Youtube channel with video instructions that made it so much easier!
Another thing: the desk comes with a little cord organizer already and I bought one with it; I wanted to keep it and I am going to, but I put the other cord organizer too close to the cord hole and now my monitor arm doesn't fit the way it should. In order to fix it, I'll have to unscrew it and screw it back into another place.”

“I've had this over a year now and it's showing no signed of wear/age. The surface is well treated -- I have a lot of computer equipment sitting atop it, and it hasn't left a single mark. The desk is truly industrial grade, not to mention aesthetically pleasing. My only real complaint is that it wasn't boxed as well as it should have been -- some of the boxes were scuffed upon arrival (I blame the shipping company). I spoke with BTOD, and they said if anything had been damaged, they would have had replacement pieces sent out without hassle.”
“Just assembled it this weekend and although some of the tools were missing and required a little thinking on our end , we are happy to report that the desk works great!!! I had a little anxiety about purchasing an electric stand up desk again after having purchased an Uplift and dealing with troubleshooting for three weeks and finally having to return it. Once my husband and I put it together all we had to do was push the down button once and here we are now . IT WORKS! I did not realize it came with a cable management tray that was sufficient for what we have . So hopefully I can return the one I ordered. I am very happy with the color of the table in driftwood. I went for the grey legs which look great together but wish they offered more of an industrial grey which seems a bit darker but not as dark as the black. Also we got the 72 in. but would have liked if they had a little longer size to choose from . Otherwise we are happy with our purchase! I am considering getting my kids a smaller version .”
