Let me tell you about my journey with BTOD. I ordered an outlet/Refurbished Steelcase Amia. It was slightly discounted, but was the only one in stock with the 4-way armrest. The chair came and when I tried to put it together, I found some bent metal, that should not have been bent. I could not put the chair together since the bent metal interfered with alignment. I contacted BTOD, sent some pictures and they told me to box it up and send it back. They would send me another one without a restocking fee or any other payment. I got the second chair very quickly, even before FEDEX had picked up the first chair. The second chair was easy to put together, no bent metal or anything to interfere. The new chair is indistinguishable from a brand new one from Steelcase. It's very comfortable and fits a lot of different body types. This chair is constantly recommended for shorter people who need to sit in front of a desk for hours. BTOD was very professional, their customer service was outstanding. I am very happy with how everything turned and I do NOT hesitate to recommend this company. I believe they actually care about their customers. Five Stars!!!”
