“The tea itself is good, tastes just like the shops which is great. Unfortunately I had some issues with my order. My order was sent to the wrong address, I waited until it said delivered on the postage to enquire and I was told that I was given the wrong tracking number. I then received a new one but my new order wasn’t shipped until a week later (Slow shipping doesn’t bother me but I don’t like being told I was given the wrong tracking number when my initial order was clearly sent to the wrong address). I did receive it after another 2 weeks and the fructose syrup had leaked throughout the package. The drink itself is delicious and I like the packaging, the tubs are great! I personally used less syrup than the recipe because I like it a little less sweet but otherwise perfect.”
