“We ordered an initial sample pack and were BLOWN AWAY by its effectiveness. The second (larger) shipment took several months to arrive and the customer service messaging was confusing and mostly unresponsive. I’m willing to put up with this (to a point) because I love the product.”

“I placed 2 traps in each of my closets. I was disappointed seeing moths flying around my 1 bedroom apt. while the "lure" was in place. Some moths were attracted after several months, when I examined the traps. I think maybe attaching the traps near the overhead light and keeping it turned on overnight in closed closets may give better results. I won't buy from Bugmd again due to the most obnoxiously aggressive marketing I've ever encountered buying a product online, but most of all, due to a sneaky attempt to authorize recurrent billing that I NEVER requested with my original order.”
