“I’m not quite sure what to say about the traps since there’s not one moth on them. I tried putting it in the drawer like we spoke about, nothing. I put it in the closet, nothing. I put it behind my dresser since that where the clothes were when I noticed the holes in them & nothing. I know something is eating holes but I’m lost as to what it might be. Do you have any suggestions for me? Please I need help with this, I’ve tried sprays but that doesn’t work either. Help please!”
“This product works very well. The company who sells it, however, is quite shady. When I placed my original order, I received a confirmation email, which in NO way stated that I was signing up for a subscription or recurring shipments. The only way I became aware of this was when my account was charged automatically for my next shipment. Fortunately my payment service was able to get them to refund my money, & cancel all future shipments. Ironically, if they wouldn't have been dishonest about this, I'd have ordered more of these from them. Since they were dishonest about it, when I needed more of these, I found similar traps on eBay instead.”
“Ordered six traps to try them out, but before I even opened them and set them up, I received an email saying that my next shipment was on the way.
Apparently, I had neglected to uncheck some box that signed me up for a subscription. The company was quick to respond to my outrage, immediately canceling the new shipment and issuing a refund, but I was not excited about having to make all that happen. Subscription should never be the default!
The product, when I finally set it up, proved to be easy to use and quite effective, but I will be reluctant to order more because I’m not sure where the box is that I would need to uncheck.”
“The only thing stopping me from giving it five stars was being put on a subscription without my knowledge. You did correct the problem, but it never should have happened in the first place.”
“I live in a two-bedroom apartment. I put one trap in each closet and one in the living room. It took a few days before the moths found the traps, but then they began trapping moths. However, we still see some around.”

Will check in 2 months to see if they are collecting. Somehow I got on the auto refill plan which I didn't need and your customer service was very kind and efficient in cancelling that plan! Will order again in the future!”
