“I give this product a 4 stars only because it doesn't give me the boost I'm looking for. I do like it the fact It is the must healthy pre-out I have been able to find. It doesn't have all that bad stuff in it. It doesn't make you crash. I feel like I'm getting good results. Built for science has excellent costumer support.”
“I have seriously noticed a difference in what I can do when I left. Just the other day I upped my squats weight by 10 pounds thinking it was only five and not realizing the machine had already been set at five. If that wasn’t enough, it seemed that the rest of the exercises were going smoother and have been so since.
The taste, though is a little off putting. It’s a little more of a shocking tart flavor that I have to drink quickly. Not much else is there to complain about out other than it is kind of clumpy in the jar.”
“It doesn’t have too much b6, which I appreciate. One of my jars did not have the seal intact but I weighed it and it was the exact weight of one that was sealed so I don’t think anyone used it. I think the seal was just not done properly at manufacturing.”
“So the last time I reviewed the product, I wasn't sure yet. This time I can say that it does work well. For me, at least, it took about 3 days for it to get into my system. Once it was there, there was a definite energy boost that lasted for the duration of my work out and beyond. I'd say about 3-4 hours with the energy waning slowly. I do note that when I'm off it for at least a week, recent week long trip confirmed this, my system needs to get it back in again. No idea if this is the same for anyone else.
What I still don't like is the overpowering sweetnes. I have, however, found that if I mix into my vanilla protein powder versus my chocolate, the sweetness is cut significantly.
I'd give the product a 5...but the sweetness kills me...”
“This the best tasting, best dissolving, and best jolt (meaning none) of a pre-work out I have ever used. Helps a lot at the gym and just running in and around the house. Virtually no noticeable come down. If you are like me and need an articial color in your fruit punch drink, a water enhancer can be added, but it really isn't needed.”
