At 5'9", the default height works perfectly for me, so I haven’t had to make any adjustments. The dip handles are a great bonus, and I was pleasantly surprised to find hooks for resistance bands, I've ended up using those quite a bit. “Very sturdy considering what it is. I weigh 250lbs and it feels stable overall. Obviously you wouldn't be able to do kipping pull-ups or swing on it, but for it being able to be folded up it's awesome. The dip/pushup handles make this a no brainer. I take it to the beach and get an awesome workout. Fits in my elantra and is easy to carry and move around. Might be a little heavy for a smaller person.”
