There was a mixup with the shipping address where it was correct on the order after being updated but somehow the original shipping address was still used by FedEx so it got sent to the wrong address. However, the customer service team quickly reimbursed me for the Uber courier I used to get it to my actual address. On top of that the product is really amazing especially for small New York City apartments. Takes just a few seconds to assemble and it is very sturdy too.”
