“The first bed was too small the second bed was too big the box to return it was also too small to squeeze the bigger bed back into it and the company said they would not take it back unless I did so I took the loss in the hopes that my dog would use it even though it does not really fit in the space I had for it in the bedroom - my dog is not comfortable on it and he wont use it so I'm about to throw it away.”
“The thickness of the pad has held up it is great for my Great Dane yes but the outer fabric has been torn to shreds my dog's nails are trimmed and smooth and the so-called waterproof cover is just the cheap covering that you get from when you buy pillows at your local Walmart so the mattress is staying completely I've already sewn it numerous times”
“My dog never took the bully bed. I called customer service to return the bed. I was suggested to try a few things to see if he'd take to it, none of which worked. Bully Bed played a delay tactic instead of taking the return within the review period. Now I'm stuck with a bed my dog doesn't use and the money (over $200) I spent getting it. Buyer beware...the return policy of this company is a mirage. Absolutely unhappy about this purchase.”
