“We purchased two of the crate pads. One large and the other extra large. Pads are only approximately 1" thick, which in my personal opinion is less than adequate in comparison to what I have paid less for at the local pet store.
The extra large pad was intended for use in our Great Danes crate. The first one lasted less than two weeks with her having it totally destroyed, ripped into little pieces. We did receive a second pad under the warranty. The second pad lasted less than a week.
The product seems to be made with quality. Just not up to the challenges of a Great Dane puppy of less than a year old. The large one that we put in out Labradors crate has performed perfectly fine. In my opinion, these pads could stand to be thicker.”
