“Usually pretty good but every once in a while the Kratom has no potency and does very little to help my pain. I usually get both the red and green MeangDa ... Shipping is usually pretty fast and r service is through email and I haven’t contacted them yet but last time they said I can return the product as long as there is 3/4 off purchase left. The product potency is very inconsistent but the price and company is overall great.”

“The Kratom is always up to par. Unfortunately, it takes For-Ever to arrive. I asked if I could pay more for expedited shipping, and they said they're working on it. I ordered Tues and it hasn't left their facility yet. Eagerly awaiting its arrival in about 10 days. :(”
