“A little work wonders with less arthritic pain and more energy and focus.A little more should work better.Increased dosage from 1 plastic spoonful in evening to 1 more at lunch then again to 1 in morning as well over a six month period.Then dizzy spells during day brought dose down to half spoonful 3x daily.Then one night 2 consecutive dreams of drowning accompanied by 2 days and nights of interuptions in breathing.Every time I attempt sleep breathing stoped.Even while awake concentration on breathing was required or breathing stoped.Quit kratom and breathing returned to normal state.Was kratom to blame?Breathing is wonderful Please post this warning.And maybe provide a cheap plastic spoon that holds proper dose.I nearly went to other side”
